Logistic distribution center: Greenery Hunan  Kingsun cold-storage process and logistic DC is located in Yuetang District, Xiangtan City at the intersection of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan of Hunan province. It covers an area of over 20,000 square meters with an integrated temperature control and logistic center of 8000 square meters, which combined with cold storage, testing, processing and distribution as an integration workshop.From goods receiving to delivering, the temperature data could be read on line and stored in time.

According to characteristic of fruits storage, it divided into 7 cold-storage chambers, 2 goods collection areas, 3 goods sorting area, 1 garbage collection area and 1 independent banana storage& ripening area.Each cold-storage chamber is equipped with a separate humidification system and a ventilation system.The refrigerating main engine and the evaporator are all produced by international renowned brand American BOHN. All areas could be switched independent with centralized control, there are specific staff to manage and maintain them.

Distribution center adopts the WMS management system. The data is sent to stocking area according to the daily order quantity of the stores,the truck driver arrives at the appointed platform by route to deliver the fruits in time.The goods collection area is equipped with QC department for testing Brix, acidity and pesticide residue.Each batch of fruits collected by DC would be inspected rigorously to guarantee the quality and safety, ensuring our customer enjoy our fruits with confidence.
